P&G, GSK, Red Bull, Pepsi, Budweiser, LG, British American Tobacco, Mashreq Bank, Fed Ex, Atlantis and Mall of the Emirates are few of the brands Roger took immense pleasure in handling during his 15-year career in the advertising world until he woke up on March 17th 2010, looked at the sky at 6am and felt it was a good day to quit the General Manager position at Saatchi & Saatchi Dubai.

On that particular day, Roger decided to leave the secure, corporate advertising world to set up Livingroom Communication. This was a dream that took 10 years in the making. Roger is an idealist who truly believes in the power of talent and the need to nurture and retain them at any cost.

FOUNDING PARTNER & CHAIRMAN
Danny was born in the UAE and has spent 15 years in the regional advertising industry, with a few years at Saatchi & Saatchi Dubai as Senior Director and a large part of it in a WPP group company, ADK International, where he served as General Manager.

During his tenure he has been instrumental in multiple product launches and various public initiatives for Sony Ericsson mobiles, Bridgestone, Toshiba, Sheikh Mohammad Establishment for Young Business Leaders, Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council, Dubai Police… just to name a few.

In 2010, he decided to start Livingroom.

REGIONAL EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Historically a brand builder in the on and off-line space.
Working on some of the world’s great brands in Europe and the Middle East, from Atlantis, Nike and HSBC to Nestlé, Kraft, Toshiba, Pringles and Eurostar. But also creating great brands and helping build successful businesses that were either just an idea or existed purely in a virtual space.

Has a lot of experience in the government sector having run the COI (Central Office of Information) account in the UK during Tony Blair’s government. Graduated with an Economics degree from University College London before going to Art College to study Graphic Design, Advertising and Copywriting. Has been on many award juries and won many awards including Cannes, D&AD, BTAA, Creative Circle, EuroBest, EPICA, LIA, New York Festivals, Effies (5 Golds and 14 awards in the MENA region alone) and literally a hundred at regional award shows like Dubai Lynx and Cristals.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Lara’s passion for graphic design started early and has grown even stronger over time. After finishing her BS in Graphic Design from LAU (Lebanese American University), she pursued her Master’s in Illustration from University of the Arts in London. Lara has worked for boutique branding, graphic and web design firms for the last 6 years before moving to Livingroom.

Lara brings her brilliant taste in design with the ability to give things a fresh new perspective. Some days you’ll see her designing a poster that would go on our walls, and other days she’ll be busy creating amazing design-based solutions for RTA. She also specialises in crafting wonderful packaging designs that clients can’t stop showing to their clients.

HEAD OF BRAND MANAGEMENT
Known for her leadership and sharp ability to take decisions, Corinne is passionate and isn’t shy to bring her energy to client engagement. A detail-oriented perfectionist, nothing escapes her attentive eye as she brings brands to life.

Leading the Brand Team, she ensures her team thrives as she encourages them to grow and learn from each new project as it is planned and crafted to perfection.

With over 12 years in the industry, she has worked with regional and multinational brands such as Nestle, Hershey’s, JT international, Group Seb, Delonghi Group, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Majid al Futtaim and others
on projects across all communication channels, while constantly striving to get ahead of consumer and market trends and staying at the forefront of technology.
RAMI AL ASHI

HEAD OF STRATEGY & PLANNING
After completing his BA in Business Administration at Yarmouk University in Jordan, Rami started off his career in marketing and then law before joining the advertising world upon completion of his MSc in Marketing at the University of Birmingham.

In 2007, Rami joined Saatchi & Saatchi Amman where he worked as lead planner on Ariel, Zain Jordan, and Samsung Levant. He then moved to Abu Dhabi as Senior Planner at Viola Communications and worked on various governmental accounts before moving to Y&R Dubai in 2011 where he made his way from Senior Planner to Head of Strategy. His client roster at Y&R included Ford, Mashreq Bank, Colgate Palmolive, Land Rover, Emaar, Gulf News, Mall of the Emirates, flydubai and many other brands. In October 2015, he answered his call at Livingroom Communication as Head of Strategy, playing a major role in new business development and leading the way towards excellence in strategic planning and thought leadership.

An award-winning Arab associate creative director. Curiosity has always been my greatest motivation. I believe original ideas come from observations, ordinary and small. Studying in the US, working in Jordan, Saudi and Dubai, for brands and organizations around the globe, has taught me different insights.

Working in different creative agencies, in different roles, has brought different perspectives. I continue to better craft fluency in the language of design and art while seeking meaningful design in the advertising world. I’m one of the lucky few, doing what I love and love what I do.
PALLAVI ADHIKARI

PALLAVI ADHIKARI

Associate Creative Director
Pallavi has an inherent artistic streak and a detail-oriented approach to design which has evolved (and continues to evolve) over 18 years. Nurtured at one of Asia’s best art schools, Sir J.J Institute of Applied Arts, she started her career as an in-between artist, illustrator and digital designer in Mumbai, India before she moved to Dubai to explore the possibilities of an integrated creative environment.

She has worked with various international agencies including Impact BBDO, Memac Ogilvy and JWT and is now an Integrated Associate Creative Director/Senior UI Designer with the creative hot shop, Livingroom.

She has handled various brands including Coca-Cola, HSBC, Audi, Nestle, Kraft, Snickers, M&Ms, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Ski Dubai. Her work has been recognized at D&AD, International Cristals, Davey Awards, Dubai Lynx, Effies and MENA Crystals.
Diego Flórez

Diego Flórez

Associate Creative Director
Diego is a Colombian industrial designer who developed a curiosity and passion for advertising, leading him to pursue a postgraduate degree in Art Direction and Creativity in Buenos Aires. He then moved to Panama where he learned from the business at traditional and digital agencies. He’s been around in the digital world for a while, working on campaigns based on data, bringing creative strategies to the table and aiming for both creative and effective measurable results. He conceptualizes then makes sure that ideas are well-executed.

Now in Dubai, he is Livingroom’s Digital Associate Creative Director, always there to help and with the goal of making the business grow through fun, original ideas and well-executed projects. Advertising isn’t just his job, but his passion too. He sees it as an incredibly powerful tool that can build a better world.
